Class Description
Beginning October 11th, Actress and Director Andrea Rausch is teaching our very first Theater Class for kids ages 7-12!
Students will spend 9 weeks working together to learn the fundamentals of acting, story structure, makeup, costume and set design. Your budding actor will get to see their creativity and imagination come to life in this incredible theater class that will wrap up with a performance at the EmpowerMe Arts recital on December 16th.

EmpowerMe Arts is proud to present, Andrea Rausch! Andrea is joining our team as an incredibly talented actor and educator! She has an impressive resume including being a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has a list of impressive credits both in theater companies as well as on television shows on HBO! Andrea has more than 20 years in Early Childhood Education working as a Teacher, Trainer, Assistant and Director.
With her background in acting and education, she has had unique opportunities to combine the two things she is most passionate about and has successfully directed children’s theater and led summer camps where kids would write, design and perform a play in a week!
Andrea has a beautiful way of pouring her knowledge and passion into helping students uncover their voices and to feel empowered by their own ideas in group theater settings. If you’re as amazed by Andrea as we are, join our theatre class above for an incredible experience!
