Service Description

If you have been diagnosed or are just beginning to look into it, welcome to your people! You're in the right place. Working through a possibility of ADHD and/or other mental health road blocks can be extremely difficult. ADHD Coaching provides you with a guide for the journey. In each session you will have a safe place to talk things through and a co-pilot to help you strategize the unique difficulties that come from this diagnosis. We're here to help navigate the maze of doctors, medications, insurance companies and more as well as talk through the way this all affects your social, emotional, and physical well-being. Ultimately our goal is to to help you THRIVE instead of just survive.

Cancellation Policy

For meet and greets: To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs in advance. Meet and greet no-shows and cancellations (including reschedules) within 24hrs will be not be refunded.
